On this day, more than 700 Tzu Chi volunteers spread out across the island in many MRT stations, wet markets, shopping malls and other places to raise funds from the public. Good morning, hello. Share your love with others. Being a former stroke victim and cracking his foot two weeks ago did not stop Ng Ah Tua from participating in today's Flag Day. Care recipient, Ng Ah Tua Tzu Chi has helped me for 12 years, now my life is better, so I help others. I'm happy to help others. Thank you for sending your love to others. Thank you so much. Tzu Chi volunteer Fan Lan Wang will end his six-month assignment in Singapore this afternoon and fly back to his home country. Despite having only six hours left to get on the plane, he still seized the opportunity to contribute. When we do good deeds with our Tzu Chi brothers and sisters, that aura will draw our hearts in. This is one reason why I insist on volunteering with Tzu Chi. So before I leave Singapore today, I am definitely going to do it because I have time. The public also responded enthusiastically to this street fundraising. Then Kang Jin, Member of the public In the midst of such a large crowd, there is still a place with such goodwill and warmth. It reminds me that I should always think kindly and then do my best to help others. Ang Chwee Cheng, Member of the public I was a very poor person when I was small. I used to be poor, so we will help when someone is having a hard time. When everyone donates, small sums accumulate, it can solve people’s problem. Lito, Member of the public We need to help those in need. Small effort if you put together, can make somebody happy. Juliana, Member of the public Because we live in Singapore, (there are) many races, we share and care for one another. Even though we are from different races and religions, we still want to help one another. Regardless of men, women and children, everyone gave generously and gathered small bits of love to help the needy in the society. Thank you. I wish you good health.
